Closed loop

A returnable system where containers travel between known, fixed points.

In a closed loop the same containers move between a defined set of sites — a plant and a co-packer, for example. Losses are lower and scheduling is easier than in an open loop, where packaging goes out to many customers and comes back unpredictably, if at all.

If this becomes a real requirement

CAQUIN sources industrial packaging to specification. Send what you use today, roughly how much, and where it ships — a photo is enough to start.
